Water Filters Online is a 100% New Zealand-owned online retailer based in Henderson, Auckland.

Our website is open for orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Online Orders & Collections

We operate as an e-commerce and dispatch warehouse only and do not have a retail showroom or shop for casual visits or walk-in purchases.

Customers are welcome to collect online orders from our Auckland warehouse. Collection details and the pickup address are provided in the checkout once you select pickup and followed up in an email once your order has been placed and confirmed.

We ask that you please do not visit our warehouse without a confirmed order or prior arrangement.
