Freight Charges
We keep our product prices low by charging freight separately — no hidden freight padding in our catalogue prices.
Freight is calculated by postcode at checkout. If your order is small and durable enough to ship in a satchel, contact us and we'll discount the freight accordingly.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or Auckland public holidays.
⚠️ Important: If an incorrect postcode is entered at checkout resulting in an underpaid freight charge, we will require a top-up payment before dispatching your order.

Collect your order for free from our contactless collection point:
9 Clemway Place, Henderson, Auckland 0610
Follow the signs to the collection bin inside the gate. You'll receive an email with collection instructions once your order is ready.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch same-day for orders placed before our cut-off. Once dispatched, standard NZ Courier Post transit times apply:
- North Island Urban — 2–3 business days
- South Island Urban — 2–5 business days
- Rural Deliveries — allow additional time (see below)
Overnight (airfreight) and Saturday delivery options are available to some areas — contact us for pricing and eligibility.
Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to courier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of your dispatch email, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.
Tracking
All orders are tracked. A tracking email will be sent from Zappy Freight (shipzappy.co.nz) once your order is collected. Please add this domain to your safe senders list to avoid it going to spam.
Rural Deliveries
Whether an address qualifies as rural is determined by the courier company. Rural deliveries may take additional time beyond standard transit estimates. Use the NZ Post address checker to check your address.
Accurate Shipping Information
Please double-check your name, delivery address, phone number, and email before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- If your address changes after ordering, call us immediately on 0800 936 426 (no emails — we need to act fast).
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges to resend.
