The NC10 cartridge contains a single media of FDA-approved Resinex NR-1, a macroporous strong base anion resin designed specifically for nitrate removal in drinking water systems. It is optimized for low-flow use on dedicated taps, providing excellent nitrate selectivity even when sulfate levels are high. This cartridge is regenerable by soaking in fully saturated brine for 15 minutes, restoring the resin close to its original capacity for multiple uses. After rinsing, it is ready to be put back into service immediately.
