Why UV Sterilisation?
UV sterilisation neutralises bacteria, viruses, and protozoa (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium) without chemicals or by-products. It's the most effective way to ensure safe water at the point of entry for your whole property, particularly for tank or bore water supplies common across rural NZ.
Annual Maintenance
Replace the UV lamp every 12 months regardless of appearance — UV output degrades over time even when the lamp still glows. Replace filter cartridges every 6–12 months depending on water quality. See our replacement lamps and replacement parts collections.
