Replace your filters without replacing the UV lamp using this filter-only annual service kit. Designed for Puretec Hybrid P, E13, G13, and R11 systems where the lamp is being replaced separately or is still within its service life. Fresh filters restore flow rate and water quality — don't skip this step at your annual service.

Why Replace Filters Annually?
Even if your UV lamp is still within its service life, filters accumulate sediment, chlorine, and organic contaminants over time. Clogged filters reduce water flow and put strain on your UV system. Annual filter replacement keeps your system running efficiently and your water tasting clean.
Important: UV Lamp Reminder
UV lamps must also be replaced every 12 months regardless of appearance. After one year, UV output drops below the level required to effectively neutralise bacteria and viruses — even if the lamp is still glowing. Remember to reset the 365-day countdown ballast after any lamp replacement.
