When Should You Replace the Glass Sleeve?
Inspect the sleeve whenever the UV lamp is replaced. If it shows cloudiness, mineral scale, staining, or cracking, replace it. Even light buildup can reduce UV effectiveness, especially in hard water or bore water systems.
