When measuring cartridge length, do not include the top handle.
Choosing the Correct Cartridge
Check the model or part number on your existing cartridge or filter housing, then compare the length, outside diameter and both end fittings. Some Bowman models share the same dimensions, so match the model code as well as the size.
These cartridges have a knob handle and cone adaptor. If your existing filter has different end fittings, contact us before ordering.
Cleaning and Replacement
Clean the cartridge regularly with a garden hose, rinsing between the pleats from top to bottom. For a deeper clean, use a cartridge filter cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly before refitting. Avoid pressure washers and stiff brushes, which can damage the filter fabric.
Replace the cartridge if it is damaged or water flow remains restricted after cleaning. Service life depends on use, water conditions and maintenance.
