Keep your UV steriliser watertight with these UV-resistant Viton O-rings, designed to fit quartz glass sleeves with a 21–25mm outside diameter. Two sizes are included to suit a range of sleeve diameters.

Why Use UV-Resistant O-Rings?
Standard rubber O-rings degrade rapidly under UV exposure, becoming brittle and losing their seal. Viton O-rings are specifically formulated to resist UV degradation, ensuring a reliable, long-lasting seal in UV steriliser applications.
How to Replace
- Turn off the UV system and disconnect power
- Turn off the water supply
- Allow the system to cool for at least 5 minutes
- Remove the glass sleeve from the housing
- Remove the old O-ring from the groove
- Clean the groove thoroughly
- Apply a small amount of food-grade silicone grease to the new O-ring
- Seat the new O-ring evenly in the groove
- Reinsert the glass sleeve and reassemble
- Restore water supply and power on
- Check for leaks
