This replacement quartz glass sleeve suits Puretec Hybrid G and R series, WU-UV100, WU-UV200 and Viqua VH410/2A UV systems. The sleeve protects the lamp from direct water contact while allowing UV light to pass through the chamber. Replace it whenever it shows signs of cloudiness, scaling, or damage.

When Should You Replace the Glass Sleeve?
Inspect the sleeve whenever the UV lamp is replaced. If it shows cloudiness, mineral scale, staining, or cracking, replace it. Even light buildup can reduce UV effectiveness, especially in hard water or bore water systems.
Installation Notes
- Isolate water and power before opening the UV chamber
- Remove the old sleeve carefully to avoid breakage
- Clean the chamber seals before fitting the new sleeve
- Handle with clean gloves or a cloth to avoid fingerprints
- Check O-rings and replace if worn
